We, the seller, will represent all our puppies honestly. To the best of our
knowledge this puppy is in good health at the time of sale. He or she is up
to date on his or her immunizations and dewormings and will come with a
shot record. Prior to shipping, the puppy will be examined by our
veterinarian and will include a health certificate.
The buyer must have puppy examined within 72 hours of receiving puppy
by a certified licensed veterinarian. Failure to do so will void this
guarantee!!
If veterinarian finds cause to return puppy,such as a life threatening or
congenital disease (i.e. Heart murmur, severe hip and elbow dysplasia,
cancer or spinal disorder), you must then get a second opinion by an
additional unassociated certified licensed veterinarian. The buyer must
notify the seller within 96 hours of receiving puppy. The vets must state, in
writing,the findings, clinic address, phone numbers and license number.

predisposed to certain abnormalities and medical conditions. We strongly
recommend that you do research on the breed and be aware of these
conditions. Some of the normal problems that bulldogs experience are:
Tear stains - which may be prevented by periodic cleaning.
Hot spots - which may be caused simply by stress, scratching of flees, or
hormones, but can easily be taken care of.
Overheating - bulldogs can quickly overheat and may have a heatstroke.
Skin Allergies- can be caused by a number of things such as flea bites,
bee stings, snake bites, different foods, something they may come into
contact with or just simply something in the air. The hardest part is figuring
out what it is causing his or her allergy. Some dogs may not show any
allergic reactions while others may show many. It is very important to
remain on top of the skin condition of your bulldog. Any skin infections that
are not taken care of can cause bigger problems, such as demodectic
mange. Sometimes when a dog matures, the allergies can go away.

and neutering (which shall be done immediately or at six months of
age, we will return 50% of purchase price (excluding shipping and
any vet bills). - Immediately return puppy. Upon the seller receiving the puppy, in the

back to us, we will have puppy re-examined by our vet. If diagnosis
is verified, we will provide you with the next available puppy of equal
value (excluding shipping and any vet bills.)

record). - If general welfare of the puppy is not taken care of, such as,
protection from extreme elements, prevention of internal and external
parasites, stress or abuse.
NOT COVERED UNDER THIS GUARANTEE
- Minor, breed related, treatable or correctable conditions.
- Conditions that could go away or likely be outgrown.
- Internal parasites or their affects
- External parasites or their affects.
- Reimbursement for any veterinary expenses, tests, x-rays, wormer's,
vaccinations or medications. - Reimbursement for any transportation fees.
- Any injury or illness which could have occurred during transport.
- The color, ear set height, size or breeding capabilities.
- Show quality (even though they may have show potential).
- Any inheritable trait not affecting the puppy's health.
- If puppy does not get along with other people or animals.
